Sweet Tahini Fruit Salad

Inspired by my sister, this recipe is simple and a lovely way to sweetly enjoy the creaminess of tahini! You will get about 3/4 to 1 Cup of Sweet Tahini Sauce with this recipe. Tahini is a great addition to your diet. It contains loads of protein, B vitamins that boost energy and brain function, vitamin E, and important minerals, such as magnesium, iron and calcium. The fruit is best cut fresh each time you eat adding as much sauce as you wish!

Fruit

2 Pink Lady Apple Chopped

1/2 Cup Blue Berries

3/4 Cup Strawberries Quartered

Sweet Tahini Sauce

1/2 Cup Tahini

1/4 + 1TB Non-dairy Milk(I use Almond or Rice)

2 1/2 TB Maple Syup

1/4 Tea cinammon

1/4 Tea Vanilla Extract

1/3 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Place chopped fruits in a serving bowl. Combine all Sweet Tahini ingredients together in a large measuring cup until smooth and creamy. Pour 1/3 Cup (or so) over the fruit and top with walnuts and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving. You can save the remaining sauce to use later.
