  Here is a simple salad I have been loving this summer. Salad: Romaine Sliced Grapes & Pears A Cup Cooked Red Quinoa Walnuts Dressing: 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard 5 Tablespoons Avocado Oil Sea Salt & Pepper to taste Toss all ingredients in a bowl with prepared dressing.
